快速优质溶漓成稳定的腔体是缩短盐穴气库建造时间、节约建库资金、提高建库效益的关键技术,对保证西气东输工程安全供气具有重要意义。对盐岩溶蚀机理及快速造腔方法进行了分析,以空化射流理论为基础,论述了造腔工具的促溶工作原理,设计了造腔工具地面试验方法及装置。现场应用效果表明,造腔工具可以将建槽期的盐岩溶腔速度提高2倍以上,同时有利于提高返出卤水浓度,满足盐化企业的处理要求。
Rapid dissolving of high quality into a stable cavity is a key technology to shorten the construction time of salt caverns, save capital for building reservoirs and improve the efficiency of building reservoirs, which is of great significance to ensure the safe gas supply to the West-East Gas Pipeline Project. Based on the theory of cavitation jet, the principle of dissolving and dissolving of cavities was discussed, and the ground test methods and devices of cavities were designed. The field application results show that the cavity making tools can increase the salt caverns speed during the construction period by more than two times, and at the same time, it is beneficial to increase the concentration of returning brine to meet the salvage business’s processing requirements.
