包皮套扎术与环切术治疗儿童包茎、包皮过长对比观察

目的:研究并探讨包皮套扎术与环切术治疗儿童包茎、包皮过长的临床疗效。方法:选择我科2010年2月-2014年2月间确诊收治的120例小儿包茎、包皮过长的患者,按数字随机分为对照组与观察组各60例,对照组患者采用传统包皮环切术进行治疗,观察组患者采用包皮套扎术进行治疗,观察患者术后愈合情况,随访6个月,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:研究结果显示,观察组患者在手术时间及费用方面明显少于对照组患者,与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床采用包皮套扎术治疗儿童包茎、包皮过长虽存在并发症及康复时间稍长等问题,但相比传统环切术的效果明显较好,值得大力推广应用。 Objective: To study and explore the clinical efficacy of circumcision and circumcision in the treatment of children with phimosis and redundant foreskin. Methods: 120 cases of pediatric phimosis and prepuce were diagnosed and admitted to our department from February 2010 to February 2014, and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the number of 60 cases each. Patients in the control group were treated with traditional circumcision The patients in the observation group were treated with foreskin ligation and the healing of the patients was observed. The patients were followed up for 6 months, and the therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results: The results showed that the observation group was significantly less than the control group in terms of operation time and cost, compared with the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The clinical use of occlusive ligation in the treatment of children phimosis, although there are complications such as prolonged prepuce and longer recovery time, the effect of traditional circumcision is better and worthy of promotion.
