SBS改性沥青是在基质沥青中加入一定比例的SBS改性剂和专属稳定剂,通过剪切、搅拌等方法使其混合均匀,形成的沥青-SBS-稳定剂共混材料。SBS改性沥青已经成为目前全球应用最广泛的改性沥青,其需求量占全球沥青需求总量的60%以上。在高速公路和城市快速路修建过程中,SBS改性沥青是最为常用的路面形式。文章结合笔者多年的实践经验,对在高速公路和城市快速路建设过程中,SBS改性沥青混合料制备及施工技术进行了探讨,具有一定的参考价值。
SBS modified asphalt is a kind of asphalt-SBS-stabilizer blend material formed by adding a certain proportion of SBS modifier and exclusive stabilizer into the matrix asphalt by means of shearing, stirring and the like. SBS modified asphalt has become the world’s most widely used modified asphalt, its demand for global asphalt demand accounted for more than 60% of the total. SBS modified asphalt is the most commonly used form of pavement during the construction of expressways and urban expressways. Based on many years of practical experience of the author, this article discusses the preparation and construction of SBS modified asphalt mixture in the process of expressway and urban expressway construction, and has certain reference value.
