新时代济南公司自2002年以来,通过开展创建学习型企业活动,主要经济指标年平均递增30%以上,职工收入每年平均增长15%以上,企业实现52年安全、快速、可持续发展,成为同行业不断自我超越的典范,2006年公司党委书记、董事长冯怀禄同志荣获山东省“富民兴鲁”劳动奖章,公司被授予山东省文明单位和国家高新技术企业等荣誉称号,2010年被评为山东省企业文化创新成果奖,学习型组织理论的引进与应用起到了重要的作用。
In the new era Jinan Company, since 2002, through the establishment of learning-oriented enterprise activities, the main economic indicators have increased by an average of over 30% annually. The average annual income of employees has increased by more than 15%, and the company has achieved a safe, rapid and sustainable development for 52 years. In 2006, the company’s party committee secretary and chairman, Feng Huailu, was awarded the Shandong Provincial “Lumin Xinglu” Labor Medal. The company was awarded the honorary title of Shandong Provincial Civilization Unit and National High-tech Enterprise, and was evaluated in 2010. It has played an important role in the introduction and application of the theory of learning organization innovation in Shandong Province.
