胃食管反流病是消化科多发病,西医药治疗常需维持治疗,长期应用PPIs抑酸剂,其中有部分患者会有进展为Barrett食管,甚而有发生食管腺癌的风险。中医药对胃食管反流病的治疗有确切疗效,但众家辨证、用药各有特点。该文从中西医结合角度出发,将胃食管反流病的西医病生理等与中医辨病、辨证相呼应,以此来探讨中医治疗胃食管反流病的标准化及科学化。 Gastroesophageal reflux disease is a gastroenterology frequently-occurring disease, Western medicine often require maintenance treatment, long-term use of PPIs antacid, of which some patients will progress to Barrett’s esophagus, and even the risk of esophageal adenocarcinoma. Traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease has the exact effect, but the public dialectical, medication has its own characteristics. Based on the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine, this paper aims to explore the standardization and scientificalness of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease by integrating the western medicine diseases such as gastroesophageal reflux disease and TCM differentiation and syndrome differentiation.
