随着社会经济的快速发展,职业划分不断细化,学生在择业时面临的问题日渐复杂。普通高中作为一个承上启下的特殊时期,学生在对自己的未来进行职业规划时,自身能力、职业发展前景以及家庭因素等都需要着重考虑。因此,将职业生涯教育纳入普通高中教育体系这一举措是很有必要的。本文主要就学生对职业规划的认识、职业生涯教育的现状及其对普通高中教育的启发进行讨论,希望能给出一些具有参考性的建议。
With the rapid socio-economic development, the division of occupations is continuously refined, and the problems facing students in their employment are increasingly complicated. Ordinary High School As a special period of enlightenment, students should pay attention to their own abilities, prospects for career development and family factors in their career planning. Therefore, it is necessary to integrate career education into the general high school education system. This article mainly discusses students’ understanding of career planning, the current situation of career education and its enlightenment on ordinary senior secondary education, hoping to give some reference suggestions.
