目的优选维药库乌提巴核口服液的乙醇提取工艺。方法以人参皂苷Re的含量为指标,采用L_9(3~4)正交实验设计优选维药库乌提巴核口服液的最佳提取工艺条件。结果优选得到的最佳提取工艺为A_2B_1C_2,即用60%乙醇6倍量回流提取2次、每次2h。结论优选得到的工艺稳定可行。
Objective To optimize the ethanol extraction process of Uzbekistan Oral Liquid. Methods Ginsenoside Re content was used as an index to optimize the extraction process conditions of Oxytocin Oral Liquid by orthogonal design of L_9 (3 ~ 4). Results The optimum extraction process was A_2B_1C_2, that is, refluxed twice with 6 times of 60% ethanol for 2 hours. Conclusion The optimal process is stable and feasible.
