后肾腺瘤(MA)是一种罕见的良性肾脏肿瘤,其形态学和免疫表型与上皮样为主型肾母细胞瘤(e-WT)和乳头状肾细胞癌(s-PRCC)有重叠。钙黏蛋白17(CDH17)主要在正常小肠、消化道肿瘤中表达,而在包括肾肿瘤在内的其他部位肿瘤中的表达尚未见报道。作者首次对CDH17在MA、eWT和s-PRCC中的诊断价值进行了研究。免疫组化分析CDH17、CD57、AMACR、WT-1和CDX2在17例e-WT、15例s-PRCC、21例MA以及3例胎儿及2例婴儿肾脏中的表达。
Aneurysmal adenoma (MA) is a rare benign kidney tumor characterized by its morphological and immunophenotype with epithelioid-dominant nephroblastoma (e-WT) and papillary renal cell carcinoma (s-PRCC) overlapping. Cadherin 17 (CDH17) is mainly expressed in normal small intestine and digestive tract tumors, but has not been reported in other tumor tissues including kidney tumors. For the first time, the authors investigated the diagnostic value of CDH17 in MA, eWT and s-PRCC. The expressions of CDH17, CD57, AMACR, WT-1 and CDX2 in 17 cases of e-WT, 15 cases of s-PRCC, 21 cases of MA, 3 cases of fetus and 2 cases of infant kidneys were analyzed by immunohistochemistry.
