建立了化妆品包装材料中邻苯二甲酸双(2-乙基己基)酯迁移量(DEHP)的气相色谱质谱检测方法。化妆品包装材料样品采用不同模拟物在不同条件下浸泡后,浸泡液经正己烷萃取,气相色谱质谱联用仪分析,外标法定量。在优化的条件下,DEHP在0.01~10.0 mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 3,方法检出限为0.10 mg/L。在空白样品中添加低、中、高3个浓度水平时,平均加标回收率在90%~110%之间,相对标准偏差在2.4%~8.2%之间。方法简单快速、灵敏可靠,可满足化妆品包装材料中DEHP迁移量的检测需求。对阳性样品中DEHP的迁移行为进行研究,结果表明DEHP迁移量随着浸泡液中乙醇比例的增大和浸泡时间的增加而增加。
A method for the determination of bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) in cosmetic packaging materials by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established. Samples of cosmetic packaging materials were soaked in different simulants under different conditions. The soaking solution was extracted with n-hexane, analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, and quantified by external standard method. Under optimized conditions, DEHP showed good linearity in the concentration range of 0.01-10.0 mg / L with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 3 and a limit of detection of 0.10 mg / L. When the concentration of low, middle and high concentration was added to blank samples, the average recoveries were between 90% and 110% with relative standard deviations between 2.4% and 8.2%. The method is simple and fast, sensitive and reliable, which can meet the testing needs of DEHP migration in cosmetic packaging materials. The migration behavior of DEHP in positive samples was studied. The results showed that the migration of DEHP increased with the increase of the proportion of ethanol in soaking solution and the soaking time.
