目的 :观察外周血中循环内皮细胞 (circulatingendothelialcells,CEC)在左室及左右冠脉造影时的数量变化 ,了解心导管机械刺激对动脉内皮的影响。方法 :观察 36例行左室及左右冠脉造影术的病人。结果 :显示术前动、静脉CEC分别为 ( 2 .2 2± 1.32 / 0 .9) μl、( 2 .0 6± 1.32 / 0 .9) μl,术后则是 ( 4.5 8± 1.88/ 0 .9) μl、( 4.32± 1.9/ 0 .9) μl,手术前后CEC有显著的差异性 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,而同期动、静脉间无明显差异性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :机械刺激可致动脉内皮受损、内皮细胞脱落。脱落的内皮细胞会随血循环播散到外周血中 ,毛细血管网对其无明显影响 ,同期静脉血中的CEC可反映动脉血中CEC的变化
OBJECTIVE: To observe the changes of circulating endothelial cells (CECs) in left ventricles and left and right coronary angiography (CEC) and to investigate the effects of cardiac catheterization on arterial endothelium. Methods: 36 patients with left ventricular and left coronary angiography were observed. Results: The preoperative arterial and venous CEC were (2.2 ± 1.32 / 0. 9) μl and (2.06 ± 1.32 / 0.9) μl, respectively. The postoperative CECs were (4.5 8 ± 1.88 / 0) .9) μl and (4.32 ± 1.9 / 0.9) μl, respectively. There was significant difference in CEC between before and after operation (P <0.01) 5). Conclusion: Mechanical stimulation can lead to endothelial damage and endothelial cell shedding. Exfoliated endothelial cells will spread to the peripheral blood with blood circulation, capillary network has no significant effect on the same period, CEC in venous blood can reflect changes in arterial blood CEC
