施工组织设计是指导建筑施工的重要文件。它对于加强施工计划性和管理科学性,克服施工中的盲目混乱现象,有效地组织施工具有重要意义。因此,施工组织设计应该从编制内容和方法上,以及贯彻总结等一系列工作中,作深入细致的工作,反复比较,才能达到合理组织施工,多快好省完成施工任务的目的。下面仅就施工组织设计的内容谈一些初步意见。
Construction organization design is an important document guiding construction. It is of great significance for strengthening construction planning and management science, overcoming blind chaos in construction, and effectively organizing construction. Therefore, the construction organization design should do in-depth and meticulous work from the preparation of content and methods, as well as the implementation of a series of work, repeated comparisons, in order to achieve a reasonable organization of construction, and more quickly save the province to complete the task of construction. The following is only some preliminary opinions on the content of the construction organization design.
