胺酰亚胺类是一类较新的脂肪酸衍生物,其通式为R_1-CO-N~--~+N(CH_3)2-R_2,它们是一种有表面活性的两性离子。已发现有抗微生物作用。自从证明胺类和酰胺类具有抗蚊子的幼虫和蛹的生物活性以来,现在已经试验了34种胺酰亚胺对埃及伊蚊和淡色库蚊的幼虫和蛹的作用。将25个为一组的早期第四龄幼虫和虫龄小于一天的蛹,暴露在依照WHO的标准方法制备的胺酰亚胺类蒸馏水溶液中,每一个胺酰亚胺以3—6种不同浓度试验,并且每个浓度做二次试验,浓度间以乘2的因素系列增大绘制成剂量一致死率关系线。半致死浓度用目测法而定。
