经济法的价值得以真正实现是在美国金融危机爆发的时候,这次危机的爆发对于经济法来讲也是一次来自实践的检验。经济法对金融进行监管要体现出自己的价值所在,并且要视情况而定,还要分轻重缓急。经济社会的稳定发展得益于金融业的稳定,而经济法存在的目的就是为了维护金融行业的稳定,为其健康发展做支撑。因此,国家应该进一步弘扬经济法,这样才能更好地发挥经济制度所特有的前瞻性以及积极防御的功能。
