1957年全国田徑运动会是一次規模很大的运动会。9月29日,我們收到了邀請我們担任大会裁判工作的聘书。当时,我们十分激动。我們是小学体育教师,这次竟能担任大会的裁判工作,真感到无上光荣。来到大会报到后,工作人員对我們的生活照顧得无微不至,管副省長、陈副市長等首長,还亲自到裁判員住地向每个裁判員一一握手慰問,給了我們莫大的鼓舞。加上同志之間的友爱团结,使我們一点也不感到陌生。大会裁判,絕大多数是老体育工作者,有的已作了二、三十年的体育工作,有丰富的經驗。的确,正如管副省長指示我們的,通过这次大会,將会給我們学习到不少的裁判知識。回忆在旧社会里,不管大小运动
