针对4.2m直径旋翼模型试验桨叶表面压力测量中的问题,使用桨叶表面布置毛细管的方式进行测压。利用CFD技术完成表面压力的预估,指导毛细紫铜管布置,完成桨叶结构设计、测试系统设计等内容,并且通过一个标定试验对不同长度、不同内径毛细管的测压性能进行研究。这种测量方法具有成本低、可靠性高、测试精度高等优点,可以应用于后期的试验。
For 4.2m diameter rotor model test paddle surface pressure measurement problems, the use of paddle blade surface arrangement of the way pressure measurement. CFD technology is used to predict the surface pressure, guide the arrangement of capillary copper tubes, design the blade structure and design the test system. Through a calibration test, the pressure-measuring performance of capillaries with different length and inner diameter is studied. This measurement method has the advantages of low cost, high reliability and high test accuracy, which can be applied to later experiments.
