选用日铁L-62CF焊条,采用焊条电弧焊研究不同焊接热输入对WEL-TEN62CF钢焊接接头性能的影响规律。通过试验研究发现,不同的焊接热输入对焊接接头的力学性能影响较大,其中对强度性能影响不明显,但对冲击韧性性能影响明显,且随着焊接热输入的增大,焊接接头的冲击韧性明显下降。因此,在焊接过程中,不能采用过大的焊接热输入,以提高焊接接头的冲击韧性。
