目的探讨集束化干预在新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)物体表面清洁消毒中的效果,降低NICU医院感染的发生。方法 2012年12月起在NICU实行集束化干预措施,比较干预前后物体表面荧光标志物清除效果、物体表面细菌监测结果及医院感染发生情况。结果采取集束化干预措施后,物体表面荧光标志物清除率由35.3%提高到80.6%,物体表面细菌监测合格率由95.1%上升至99.6%,医院感染发生率由6.73%下降至4.13%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化干预在NICU物体表面清洁消毒中的应用效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of cluster intervention on the surface disinfection of neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and to reduce the incidence of NICU nosocomial infection. Methods From December 2012, cluster interventions were conducted at the NICU to compare the effect of fluorescent marker removal on the surface before and after intervention, the surveillance of bacteria on the surface of the body and the incidence of nosocomial infections. Results After the cluster intervention, the clearance rate of fluorescent markers on the surface of the objects increased from 35.3% to 80.6%, the rate of bacterial monitoring on the surface of the objects increased from 95.1% to 99.6%, and the incidence of nosocomial infections decreased from 6.73% to 4.13% All were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of cluster intervention on the surface cleaning and disinfection of NICU objects is remarkable, which is worthy of clinical application.
