卡托普利联合消心痛治疗老年充血性心力衰竭（ＣＨＦ），共观察老年ＣＨＦ患者１１２例，对照组３０例．治疗组给予卡托普利和消心痛，对照组给予地戈辛及双氢克尿噻（ＤＨＣＴ）．结果显示本组１１２例两年病死享有明显降低．本文还对联合用药的机理进行了初步探讨．
Captopril combined with analgesic treatment of senile congestive heart failure (CHF), 112 elderly patients with CHF were observed in the control group of 30 patients. The treatment group was given captopril and nocturnal edema, while the control group was given geoxin and hydrochlorothiazide (DHCT). The results showed that 112 cases of this group died of two years to enjoy a significant reduction. This article also conducted a preliminary study on the mechanism of combination therapy.
