测定了碳纤维-清漆、表面处理碳纤维-清漆及镀铜碳纤维-清漆复合涂层的表面电阻率。得到了表面电阻率与涂层中碳纤维含量及涂层层数之间的关系。观察了上述3种涂层的显微形貌,并讨论了它们的导电机制。
The surface resistivity of the carbon fiber-varnish, the surface-treated carbon fiber-varnish and the copper-plated carbon fiber-varnish composite coating was measured. The relationship between the surface resistivity and the carbon fiber content in the coating and the number of coating layers was obtained. The micro-morphology of the above three coatings was observed and their electrical conduction mechanism was discussed.
