通过对１５２例青光眼患者表面麻醉下抗青光眼小梁切除术的临床实践证明该方法是一种简单、易行、术中术后并发症少、麻醉效果好的一种新方法。对其优越性及适应证进行了详细探讨，指出该方法可在眼科临床推广应用。
The clinical practice of trabeculectomy against glaucoma in 152 patients with glaucoma undergoing topical anesthesia demonstrated that this method is a simple, easy and feasible method with less postoperative complications and good anesthetic effect. Its advantages and indications were discussed in detail, pointing out that the method can be clinically applied in ophthalmology.
