以两次VAR熔炼加一次真空自耗凝壳炉熔炼制得Ti80合金铸锭,用化学分析方法和金相组织图片分析合金元素分布的均匀性。结果表明:在Ti80合金中,合金元素分布均匀,各合金元素的极差值均小于0.2%。 Ti80 alloy ingot was produced by two VAR smelting plus vacuum consumable shell melting furnaces, and the uniformity of the alloying element distribution was analyzed by chemical analysis and microstructure pictures. The results show that alloying elements are evenly distributed in Ti80 alloy, and the difference of alloying elements is less than 0.2%.
