显微摄影是医学摄影中的重要组成部分,现今,医学摄影工作已得到广大医务科技工作者的重视和支持。本文小结我们多年工作中的一些粗浅体会与同行交流磋商。 装备及材料 显微镜摄影要求将显微镜下所见组织、细胞的影相清晰呈现,因此在标本取材、切片、染色、照相、暗房等工作的整个过程中,都要求认真细心地做好每项操作,如某一环节没有做好都将会影响图片的质量,甚至失败,造成返工和浪费。为了得到满意的显微照片,在摄影工作中应注意以下几点。
