随着难加工材料的日益增多,超硬刀具材料如陶瓷、立方氮化硼及各种新牌号的硬质合金材料也得到越来越广泛的应用。我们曾采用株洲硬质合金厂生产的新牌号YH2硬质合金,对淬火轴承钢、淬火高速钢等难加工材料孔边行铰削试验,结果比较满意,现就有关情况作一简介。铰刀结构硬质合金刀片采用YH2E525型,其硬度为HRA92.5,抗弯强度不低于1600N/mm~2,密度为13.9~14.2g/cm~3。刀杆材料采用40Cr钢,热处理后硬度达HRC38~42。
