尿石症为泌尿外科常见病。国内资料表明:青海为低发病区,本文报告215例、51块结石红外光谱分析,首次提供青海高原尿石症发病情况和其他资料。提示尿石症在该地区发病有明显增长。我们认为有原发输尿管结石可能;发病与饮食习惯有一定关系而与饮水质量无直接关系。
Urolithiasis is a common urology disease. Domestic data show that: Qinghai as a low incidence area, this report 215 cases, 51 stone infrared spectroscopy, for the first time to provide the incidence of urolithiasis and other data in the Qinghai Plateau. Tip urolithiasis significantly increased the incidence in the area. We think there may be primary ureteral calculi; morbidity and eating habits have a certain relationship with drinking water quality is not directly related.
