在油田生产中,注水系统年耗电量至少占生产总耗电的40%。是节能工作的重点。本文介绍了高压变频、前置泵串级调速及斩波内馈调速三种基本节能技术的原理、技术特点和应用局限性。并通过对油田注水常用节能技术的研究,应用了注水泵减级和前置泵变频等节能技术,对部分设备和管线在实施措施前后进行了监测,经数据检测、对比可知,泵涂膜能有效提高泵效、泵减级可明显降低注水单秏,前置泵变频能有效调节泵管压差,多元复合冷垢可消除管网压降。通过分析评价证明,注水系统节能技术应用效果良好,能有效提高系统的运行效率,降低系统能耗。

And through the research on common energy-saving technology of oilfield water injection, the application of energy-saving technologies such as water injection pump reduction and front pump frequency conversion, etc., some of the equipment and pipeline were monitored before and after the implementation of the measures. According to the data detection and comparison, Effectively improve the pump efficiency, pump reduction can significantly reduce the single injection of water, the front pump frequency can effectively adjust the pump pressure, multiple composite cold scale can eliminate pipe network pressure drop. Through the analysis and evaluation proved that the application of energy-saving water conservancy technology works well, which can effectively improve the operating efficiency of the system and reduce system energy consumption.
