我们已迈入信息化时代,加速了信息技术发展,信息资源的开发与利用的重要地位日益凸显。综合档案馆与公共图书馆是两大社会综合信息中心,也是两大重要综合信息收藏、处理与传播机构,为我国经济社会发展做出重要贡献。本文从综合档案馆与公共图书馆的环境因素、用户使用的特点,以及情报信息本身的属性等方面,来论证两馆在信息检索系统不同的根本原因,从而更好地为两馆指导实际工作。
We have entered the information age and accelerated the development of information technology. The importance of the development and utilization of information resources has become increasingly prominent. The comprehensive archives and public libraries are two major social information centers and two important collections, processing and dissemination agencies for comprehensive information, making an important contribution to China’s economic and social development. This article demonstrates the different root causes of the two museums in the information retrieval system in terms of the environmental factors of the integrated archives and public libraries, the characteristics of users and the properties of intelligence information, so as to better guide the actual work of the two museums .
