陈XX，男性，69岁，退休干部，住院号：58820，患者因确诊为乙状结肠癌於93年6月22日在某医院行左半结肠癌根治术。术后病理报告：左半结肠绒毛管状腺癌浸润至肌层，周围淋巴结无转移（0／4），上、下切端阴性。术后恢复良好，术后第28天起采用MOF方案化疗6疗程。94年2月初出现
Chen XX, male, 69 years old, retired cadre, hospital number: 58820, patient was diagnosed as sigmoid colon cancer on June 22, 1993 in a hospital for left colon cancer radical surgery. Postoperative pathology report: Infiltrating villous tubular adenocarcinoma of the left colon into the muscular layer with no metastatic lymph nodes (0/4). Upper and lower cut ends were negative. The recovery was good after surgery, and the 6th course of treatment with MOF regimen was started on the 28th day after operation. Appeared in early February 94
