陕西省国税系统近些年来的改革步伐相当大，我们看到的明显结果有两个，一个是由社会各界代表组成的行风评议屡屡显示，纳税人对国税系统的满意率不断上升，一些地区竟达到百分之九十九，令当地政府不敢相信，重新调查评议证明绝无虚妄后才放下了心；一个是税务干部自己明显感到日子越来越不好过，压力越来越大，竞争上岗所带来的危机感时时威胁着自己…… 　　这两点都是市场经济的大势所趋。廉洁、高效、敬业、奉献……这是人民的久久期盼，是每一位公务员最起码的本分。 　　但是，由于税收上存在的任务治税、北方地区经济的滞后、纳税人纳税意识还较差等因素，税务干部确实也有着其他人、其他行业所没法体会的酸甜苦辣。尤其是在偏远落后地区工作的税务干部，他们的淳朴令人感动，他们工作的超常艰辛和超常付出令人震撼。这一次笔者走了合阳、韩城两个县市，接触了奋斗在基层第一线的税务干部，体会尤为深刻。他们收几百元、几千元可能远比大城市的税务人员收回几百万、几千万付出的多得多。他们几乎没有正常的休息时间，没有节假日，半个月一个月回不了家是常事。但是他们又能得到多少呢 ?得到的是每月几百元的工资还要为收税再个人贴一些进去，得到的是孩子将爸爸叫叔叔的笑话，得到的是胃肠病、?
