民国《河北通志稿》是民国时期由河北省通志馆组织 ,有著名学者王树、瞿宣颖、张国淦等参与主持和编撰的一部省志。它虽然是一部尚未完成而残缺不全的志稿 ,但在河北省志编撰史上有着重要的价值。本文将其与以往明、清时期的河北省志进行比较研究 ,述其在继承中的删削增益 ,发展中的革新创造 ,残缺而珍贵的方志文献 ,具有承前启后、继往开来的历史地位 ,是省志编撰史中不可缺少的一环 ;其所保存的珍贵资料是有待开发的宝库 ,对于编撰现代方志仍有重要借鉴意义
In the Republic of China, “Hebei Tongzhi Manuscript” was organized by Hebei Provincial Tongzhi Museum during the Republic of China. There are some famous provincial writers who participated in the compilation and compilation of such famous scholars as Wang Shufan, Qu Xuanying and Zhang Guogan.
