由于历史的原因,我国许多大中型企业多按“大而全”“小而全”设计,具备一整套设备维修系统和力量,其主要任务只搞厂内维修,长期处于任务不满、忙闲不均、维修人员劳动成果难于公正评价的状况。笔者认为,在深化改革,建立现代企业制度,企业转换经营机制中,按照企业内部市场化的趋势,推进企业内部设备维修合同制是深化改革设备维修体制的重要途径。
Due to historical reasons, many large and medium-sized enterprises in our country are designed according to “big and full” and “small and complete” and have a complete set of equipment maintenance systems and strengths. Their main tasks are only engaged in in-plant maintenance, and they are constantly dissatisfied with their tasks and busy for a long time. It is difficult to justify the results of labor and maintenance personnel. The author believes that in the process of deepening reforms, establishing a modern enterprise system, and transforming the operating mechanism of enterprises, in accordance with the internal marketization trend of enterprises, advancing contract systems for internal equipment maintenance in enterprises is an important way to deepen the reform of equipment maintenance systems.
