目的:研究JLC对小鼠宫颈癌(U14)移植后,手术切除局部原发瘤之前、后用药,观察抑制肿瘤术后局部复发和术后转移的作用。方法:以小鼠宫颈癌(U14)双向高转移模型为对象,以JLC在肿瘤切除前5天和后5天两组用药进行对比,又以相同分组的环磷酰胺化疗进行了比较观察。结果:1)环磷酰胺对U14的局部复发及复发转移均有明显抑制作用,术前组抑瘤率为93.7%,转移抑制率为55.7%;术后组抑瘤率为35.1%,转移抑制率为34.1%;术前组肺转移抑制率为100.0%。2)JLC对U14的局部复发和复发转移均有明显抑制作用,术前组抑瘤率为67.3%;转移抑制率为47.6%;术后组抑瘤率为73.0%,转移抑制率为42.3%;术前组肺转移抑制率为86.5%。无论术前或术后组肺转移抑制率均高于淋巴结转移。结论:金龙胶囊对术后复发转移抑制作用,术前用药优于术后用药。局部抑瘤率均在60.0%以上,转移抑制率均在40.0%以上。因此JLC在手术前和手术后给药均可抑制局部复发和复发转移。提示手术时合并使用JLC是较为理想的治疗方案。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of JLC on the local recurrence and postoperative metastasis after surgical resection of local primary tumor after cervical cancer (U14) transplantation in mice. METHODS: Mice cervical cancer (U14) bidirectional high-metastasis model was used as the object. JLC was used to compare two groups of drugs before and 5 days after tumor resection, and the same group of cyclophosphamide chemotherapy was used for comparison and observation. RESULTS: 1) Cyclophosphamide inhibited the local recurrence, recurrence and metastasis of U14. The antitumor rate was 93.7% in the preoperative group and 55.7% in the metastasis group. The inhibition rate in the postoperative group was 35. 1%, metastasis inhibition rate was 34.1%; preoperative group lung metastasis inhibition rate was 100.0%. 2) JLC significantly inhibited U14 local recurrence and recurrence and metastasis. The preoperative antitumor rate was 67.3%; metastasis inhibition rate was 47.6%; postoperative group tumor inhibition rate was 73.0%. The metastasis inhibition rate was 42.3%; the preoperative lung metastasis inhibition rate was 86.5%. No matter the preoperative or postoperative group, the inhibition rate of lung metastasis was higher than that of lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: The inhibitory effect of Jinlong capsule on postoperative recurrence and metastasis, preoperative medication is better than postoperative medication. The rate of local tumor inhibition was above 60.0%, and the metastasis inhibition rate was above 40.0%. Therefore, JLC before and after surgery can inhibit local recurrence and recurrence and metastasis. It is suggested that the combined use of JLC during surgery is an ideal treatment.
