一、前言工业炉广泛地应用于各种工业(钢铁工业、有色金属工业、铸造工业。陶瓷工业、电器、电子工业、食品工业等),其用途为熔炼、加热、热处理、焙烧,干燥等,种类繁多,而且能量消耗很大。为了节能,人们多方努力,其成果已无庸赘述,但对于中小型工业炉带着下述问题进行操作的情况还很多。这些问题是:(1)没有确立考虑了炉子效率的操作方法:(2)没有掌握有效热量和损失热量的详情,(3)因为没有专职技术人员(热能管理人员),所以没有规定节能的实施方案等。如果能够使用专用电子计算机探测(定量化)来解决这些问题的话,那未来就能作为非常有效的系统加以充分利用。
