红细胞具有滤过力的性能,能通过小于本身直径的血管,已证实红细胞滤过力减少可发生异常妊娠胎儿宫内生长迟缓和严重先兆子痫.本文对无合并症孕妇的红细胞滤过力与新生儿体重的关系进行了研究.作者随机选择40例足月单胎分娩的正常孕妇,在孕36～38周时取肘静脉血加乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)抗凝剂,用改良滤过法测定红细胞滤过力,以最小平方为相关系数.
