对5例结肠癌术后发生造口坏死及造口周围皮肤黏膜分离的患者,运用开盖式伤口引流袋进行护理,并观察临床效果。5例患者造口加分离处伤口横径达4.5～7.0cm。经过精心护理,患者造口坏死及造口皮肤黏膜分离于15～25d后愈合。
Five cases of colostomy postoperative stoma necrosis and skin mucosa around the stoma separation of patients, the use of open drain wound drainage bag for care and observe the clinical effect. 5 cases of patients with Stomach wound separation diameter of 4.5 ~ 7.0cm. After careful care, patients with stoma necrosis and stoma mucocutaneous mucosal healed after 15 ~ 25d.
