Renal cell carcnoma (RCC) metastasizes to the duodenum is extremely rare.There are only few cases reported to date.Most authors recommended aggressive surgery to improve survival.However,it is dependent on medical and technical feasibility.Herein,we report a case of a 72-year-old woman with duodenum metastasis from RCC 10 years after radical left nephrectomy and hepatocellular cancer (HCC) resection who simultaneously underwent local resection of duodenal mass,and evaluate the isolated surgical management for the unusual condition.
