目的:考察谷精草水提物和醇提物的抗氧化活性。方法:采用UV检测谷精草水提物和醇提物对超氧阴离子自由基、羟基自由基和DPPH自由基的清除能力,通过普鲁士法测定提取物还原Fe3+的能力,并以丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)为参比测定提取物对金属离子(Fe2+)的螯合能力。结果:谷精草水提物和醇提物对3种自由基均具有较强的清除作用,水提物的半数抑制浓度(IC50)分别为1.389,3.507,0.341 g·L-1,醇提物的IC50分别为0.792,5.525,0.192 g·L-1。提取物对Fe3+有还原能力,对金属离子(Fe2+)有较强的螯合能力,且随着提取液质量浓度的增加而增强,呈剂量效应关系。结论:谷精草水提物和醇提物均具有较强的抗氧化活性,在相对低质量浓度下醇提物的抗氧化作用比水提物强。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the antioxidant activity of aqueous extracts and alcoholic extracts of Sophora flavescens. Methods: The UV scavenging ability of aqueous extract and ethanol extract of Radix Saponariae on superoxide anion radical, hydroxyl radical and DPPH radical was detected by UV spectrophotometry. Prussian method was used to determine the ability of the extract to reduce Fe3 + Ether (BHA) as a reference to determine the chelating ability of the extract to metal ions (Fe2 +). Results: The aqueous extracts and alcoholic extracts of Allium mongolicum had strong scavenging effects on three kinds of free radicals. The IC50 values were 1.389, 3.507 and 0.341 g · L -1 respectively. The IC50 of the compounds were 0.792, 5.525 and 0.192 g · L -1, respectively. The extract has a reducing ability to Fe3 +, a strong chelating ability to metal ions (Fe2 +), and increases with the increase of extract concentration, showing a dose-response relationship. CONCLUSION: The aqueous extracts and alcohol extracts of M. przewalskii possessed strong antioxidant activity, and the antioxidant activity of ethanol extract was stronger than that of water extract at relatively low concentration.
