期刊是一种重要的文献类型,是文献的研究、管理的对象之一。它所包含的文献情报信息量占70—80%以上,居十大情报源之首。在迅速传递信息情报,配合教学、科研等方面起着极为重要的作用,深受广大读者的喜爱。对当代大学生来说,期刊阅览室已日益成为他们独立学习、深入研究、丰富自我的中心,是他们不可缺少的学习园地。为了最大限度地满足读者需求,最大限度地提高期刊利用率,从一九八五年起我馆期刊实行开架阅览。开架阅览的优点是有目共睹的,但它的丢乱损问题也实在令人头痛。如何解决上述问题,本文想从心理学的角度,通过读者与管理者心理的研究,也许将有助于提高开架期刊阅览的服务质量,有助于解决开架期刊阅览的丢乱损问题。
Journal is an important type of literature, is one of the objects of literature research and management. It contains more than 70-80% of the literature information, ranking the top ten intelligence sources. In the rapid transfer of information and intelligence, with teaching, research and so plays an extremely important role, by the majority of readers. For contemporary college students, journals reading room has increasingly become their independent study, in-depth study, enrich themselves, is their indispensable learning area. In order to maximize the readers’ needs and maximize the utilization rate of journals, we have readjusted our journals since 1985. The advantages of open-shelf reading are obvious to all, but it’s really troublesome. How to solve the above problems, this article from the psychology point of view, through the psychological research of readers and managers, may help improve the quality of service of reading open-shelf periodicals, help to solve the problem of discredited journal reading open shelf.
