教育是培养人的工作,而了解人是从事教育工作的基本前提。了解人首先应该去了解人的心理素质。传统教育忽略对教育对象心理素质的了解和培养,导致了教育行为的低效或无效。随着现代教育观念的逐步深入人心,随着教育改革的不断发展,“一个健康的社会人首先是心理健康的”这一说法,现已逐步成为人们的共识。可以说,教育工作者准确地把握学生的心理特点,依据学生的心理规律实施教育对策,已成为教育工作者实施素质教育、培养新世纪合格人才的一个必要的举措。为此,《育人经纬》特开辟《心理健康教育》子栏目,针对素质教育中存在或应注意的一系列问题,分别予以剖析并提出教育对策,为广大教育工作者提供参考。我们欢迎有志于此的广大教育工作者和专家们参与研讨,为我国的素质教育的健康发展,为新世纪人才的培养奉献自己的智慧。从本期起,我们将陆续刊登《心理规律与教育对策》系列讲座内容。
