Objective: To explore the related factors leading to poor incision healing after cesarean section and the corresponding prevention and treatment measures. Methods: From February 2010 to July 2014, 20 patients who underwent incisional wound healing after cesarean section were selected as the observation group. Twenty patients with good incision healing after cesarean section were selected as the control group. Retrospective analysis of two groups of patients with wound healing related factors, and the corresponding prevention and treatment measures were analyzed. Results: The main influencing factors of wound healing after cesarean section were body mass index, amniotic fluid contamination, scarring uterus, premature rupture of membranes, antibiotic use and so on. Conclusion: The incision healing after cesarean section will be affected by many factors. Taking active and effective preventive measures can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative incision maladjustment and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
