党的十七届六中全会做出了社会主义文化大发展大繁荣的重要决定。要推动文化大发展,必须把握其特征,这一特征就是和谐。社会主义和谐文化可从两个方面来把握,一是社会主义和谐文化的重点在于社会主义核心价值体系或社会主义核心价值观,这是对社会主义和谐文化的本质认识;二是社会主义和谐文化体现在人与自然、人与社会和人与人的关系层面。
