全社会人本管理理念是最近几年一些学者提出的一种新的人本管理理念,这种理论认为企业在管理框架构建上,必须是以社会人本价值为导向,追求“超自我实现”同一性需求,从而实现社会人本价值最大化,主张让员工用企业的价值观来知道自己的行动。在应用这一理论的时候,企业需要渗透将自己的价值观念渗透给员工,保持员工价值追求与企业价值追求的同一性,利用企业的发展实现企业与职工共同的自我实现社会人本价值最大化。
The concept of people-oriented management in the whole society is a new concept of human-based management proposed by some scholars in recent years.
