通过对切削理论的分析,提出了主轴转速、进刀速度、刀具圆弧半径几项参数需互相严格匹配并提出了匹配计算公式,进行了相应试验证明该理论是可行的。
Based on the analysis of cutting theory, some parameters such as spindle speed, feed speed and tool radius are strictly matched to each other and the matching formula is proposed. Corresponding experiments are carried out to prove the theory is feasible.
