下、后壁心肌梗塞时,应用常规12个导联中 STⅢ上升幅度>STⅡ诊断右室梗塞,简单、迅速、敏感性高,现将所见5例报告如下。一般资料:本组病例均具有急性心肌梗塞的临床症状,其中4例为下壁、后壁梗塞,1例为下壁梗塞,均伴有右室梗塞。其心电图均表现为 STⅡ上升在1.9mm 以上,STⅢ上升幅度>STⅡ,仅1例复查时STⅡ略高于 STⅢ。5例均加做 V_3R～V_6R导联,至少有1个导联 ST 段上升在1mm以上。5例实验室检查均支持急性心肌梗
Under the posterior wall myocardial infarction, the application of routine 12 lead ST Ⅲ increase> ST Ⅱ diagnosis of right ventricular infarction, simple, rapid, high sensitivity, we now see 5 cases reported as follows. General Information: This group of patients with clinical symptoms of acute myocardial infarction, including 4 cases of inferior wall, posterior wall infarction, 1 case of inferior wall infarction, are associated with right ventricular infarction. The ECG showed an increase in ST II above 1.9mm, ST Ⅲ increase> ST Ⅱ, only 1 case of ST Ⅱ slightly higher than the review of ST Ⅲ. 5 cases were done to do V_3R ~ V_6R lead, at least 1 lead ST segment rose more than 1mm. 5 cases of laboratory tests support acute myocardial infarction
