患者．男，23岁，住院号2894，84年4月10日入院。主诉从小右上脸下垂，用力睁眼时可稍睁大，咀嚼时右上股提高及有不自主跳动。20余年来病情稳定。家族中无同样病史。体查：全身无异常，神经系统无异常。眼部情况：视力右1．5，左0．3－1·50·p·s·=1·5。脸裂不正常，见附表

The main complaint from the right lower face drooping, forced eyes wide open slightly when you chew, the right to raise and have involuntary beating. More than 20 years in stable condition.
