建立了矩形管多点弯曲成形有限元模型.通过对比矩形管多点模具弯曲成形和整体模具弯曲成形的截面畸变率,证明了多点模具用于矩形管弯曲成形的可行性.分析了矩形管长度、宽度、高度、壁厚和弯曲半径对截面畸变率的影响,结果表明:矩形管越长、管壁越厚、曲半径越大,截面畸变率越小;矩形管截面越宽、越高,截面畸变率越大.对矩形管进行了多点弯曲成形实验,结果表明:矩形管成形效果较好,成形实验与数值模拟得到的截面畸变率基本一致.
