目的对江西省2000-2011年分离的霍乱弧菌进行毒力相关基因检测,在分子水平上了解霍乱弧菌毒力基因的分布特点以及流行和变迁规律。方法采用PCR方法对239株霍乱弧菌进行ctx A、ace、zot、tcp A、rtx A和cri基因检测。结果在239株霍乱弧菌中,共表现出15种毒力基因携带类型,其中病例分离株,带菌者和环境调查分离株分别有7种,6种和3种基因携带类型,以6种基因全部携带为主,携带率分别为76.09%(35/46),81.82%(27/33),83.33%(20/24),而外环境霍乱监测中霍乱弧菌毒力基因携带则有13种毒力基因携带型,呈现多样性。结论霍乱弧菌中6种毒力基因的携带情况呈现多态性,病例相关分离株的毒力基因携带率高于外环境监测分离株。
Objective To detect the virulence-related genes of Vibrio cholerae isolated in Jiangxi Province from 2000 to 2011 and to understand the distribution characteristics of Vibrio cholerae virulence genes and their prevalence and changes at the molecular level. Methods 239 strains of V. cholerae were tested for ctx A, ace, zot, tcp A, rtx A and cri genes by PCR. Results Among the 239 strains of V. cholerae, 15 types of virulence genes were found. Among them, the isolates, carriers and environmental survey isolates contained 7, 6 and 3 gene carriers, respectively. Six kinds of genes While the carrying rates were 76.09% (35/46), 81.82% (27/33) and 83.33% (20/24), respectively. However, 13 strains of Vibrio cholerae virulence genes were detected in the surveillance of environmental cholera Virulence gene carriers, showing diversity. Conclusions The virulence genes of Vibrio cholerae carry polymorphism, and the virulence rate of case-related isolates is higher than that of isolates.
