目的:观察活血益智片对小鼠学习记忆障碍和小鼠拟“血管性痴呆”模型的影响。方法:采用东莨菪碱、乙醇和亚硝酸钠致小鼠记忆获得障碍模型,通过跳台实验测试方法,观察活血益智片对小鼠学习记忆障碍的改善作用;采用双侧颈总动脉反复缺血再灌注、同时腹腔注射硝普钠方法制备小鼠拟“血管性痴呆”(VD)模型,观察活血益智片对小鼠脑组织中乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)活力的影响。结果:药效学实验结果表明,活血益智片对东莨菪碱和乙醇致小鼠记忆获得障碍有一定的改善作用,能够增强模型小鼠的学习记忆能力(P<0.05);活血益智片能够对血管性痴呆小鼠脑组织中胆碱能神经起到一定的保护作用(P<0.05)。结论:活血益智片能够改善脑反复缺血再灌注所引起的神经损伤,对血管性痴呆有一定的治疗作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of Huoxue Yizhi Tablet on learning and memory impairment and mice “vascular dementia” model in mice. Methods: Scopolamine, ethanol and sodium nitrite induced memory impairment model in mice, by jumping test method to observe the effect of Huoxue Yizhi Tablet on learning and memory impairment in mice; bilateral common carotid artery ischemia / reperfusion , And intraperitoneal injection of sodium nitroprusside was used to prepare mice model of “vascular dementia” (VD) to observe the effect of Huoxue Yizhi Tablet on acetylcholinesterase (AChE) activity in mice brain. Results: The results of pharmacodynamic experiments showed that Huoxue Yizhi tablet can improve the learning and memory abilities of mice induced by scopolamine and ethanol (P <0.05) Cholinergic nerve plays a protective role in brain tissue of vascular dementia mice (P <0.05). Conclusion: Huoxue Yizhi Tablet can improve the nerve injury induced by repeated cerebral ischemia and reperfusion, and has a certain therapeutic effect on vascular dementia.
