目的:探讨原发性食管小细胞癌(PESC)的临床特点和治疗方法。方法:21例PESC患者,12例在术前得到确诊行两个周期化疗,方案为DDP(顺铂)60 mg/m2+5-FU(5氟尿嘧啶)500 mg/m2+紫杉醇135 mg/m2。全组均行食管癌根治食管胃颈部吻合术,术后行四个周期化疗,方案同前。b期及期患者化疗后给予60 Gy剂量的放疗。结果:本组17例得到随访,随访3 a,1~3 a生存率为78.2%、55.3%、24.3%。结论:PESC是一种恶性程度很高、临床少见的肿瘤,根治性外科手术结合术后化疗、放疗的综合治疗措施,可提高治疗效果。
Objective: To investigate the clinical features and treatment of primary esophageal small cell carcinoma (PESC). Methods: Twenty-one patients with PESC and 12 patients underwent preoperative confirmation of two cycles of chemotherapy. The protocol was 60 mg / m2 DDP and 5 mg / m2 FU-5 and 135 mg / m2 paclitaxel. The whole group underwent esophageal cancer radical esophageal and gastric anastomosis, after four cycles of chemotherapy, the program with the former. Patients with stage b and stage 60 Gy were given radiotherapy after chemotherapy. Results: The 17 patients were followed up for 3 years. The survival rates were 78.2%, 55.3% and 24.3%, respectively. Conclusion: PESC is a kind of malignant tumor with rare clinical features. The combination of radical surgery and postoperative chemotherapy and radiotherapy can improve the therapeutic effect.
