日前,外经贸部、国家计委等9个部门提出鼓励外资新政策:一、鼓励外商投资企业技术开发和创新;二、加大对外商投资企业的金融支持力度;三、鼓励外商向中西部地区投资;四、进一步改善对外商投资企业的服务和管理。
Recently, nine departments such as the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation and the State Development Planning Commission proposed new policies to encourage foreign investment: First, encourage technological innovation and development of foreign-invested enterprises; Second, intensify financial support to foreign-invested enterprises; Third, encourage foreign investors to invest in Western Central China Regional investment; Fourth, to further improve the service and management of foreign-invested enterprises.
