由EO生产聚醚,一个关键问题是原料的脱醛。目前国内的规范脱醛方法的缺点是生产周期太长,而且EO在沸腾状态不易控制,易发生聚合、爆聚,甚至引起爆炸事故。为此,我们选用一种相转移催化剂进行脱醛。本法的优点是:生产周期由原来的72小时,缩短为2小时左右,反应在低温下进行,操作安全可靠。到目前为止,在国内外尚未见到这种新法脱醛的报导。
One of the key issues with producing polyethers from EO is the de-aldehyde removal of the feedstock. At present, the drawback of the standard method of de-aldehyde production is that the production cycle is too long, and the EO is not easy to control in the boiling state and is prone to polymerization, explosion and even explosion. To this end, we use a phase transfer catalyst for de-aldehyde. The advantages of this method are as follows: the production cycle is shortened from 72 hours to 2 hours and the reaction is carried out at a low temperature, and the operation is safe and reliable. So far, no reports of this new method of aldehydes have been seen at home and abroad.
